“Lovely clean room, easy to park. Looking forward to my next stay.”

“Great location. short walk to beach, old town and marina area. Hosts very friendly. Excellent value for money. Robbed of the win in Four in a bed. (2018)”

“The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.”

“The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.”

“Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite.”

“Es un hotel viejo al que le falta renovación. Exteriormente está bastante decaído. Interiormente también le falta renovación. La habitación era amplia aunque en un 3er piso sin ascensor y con muchas escaleras angostas.”

“We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect”

“Very pleasant and helpful staff Nice clean room over looking the beach Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Weymouth Thank you, we look forward to staying again 😊”

“A beautiful and amazing place, the service of the owners excellent, it was a shame that we only could spend a day over here.”

“Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend”

“Magnífica vista desde mi habitación el dueño muy atento . La habitación estaban limpias y luminosa.”

“Lived every thing about this hotel, very clean & comfortable. Great breakfast too.”

“Just returned from a 3 night stay at Oaklands. The hotel is under new ownership (Ingrid and Ben) and the service has not suffered. In fact I would say it’s improved, Both Ingrid and Ben make you very welcome and nothing was too much. Look forward to retuning in the future. David & Karen”

“Room was good value and everything worked and the location was excellent metres away from the beach and town centre. There was no parking and the nearest paid parking was around £15 per day so its worth factoring that in if driving. The only negative was the sash window was rotting and didn't close properly so people walking by could be clearly heard, to be fair the owner did say that the windows were going to be replaced but not sure when.”
