“Rude and not polite people...they did not effort in speaking English...I arrived tired having to suffer the traffic of the city with a delay on my flight and instead of supporting they were not welcoming...I will never come back and I will not recommend this hotel and change”

“Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. ”

“All receptionists were really very professional and helpful. This made my stay in Riyadh much easier. They always managed any asks I had to my satisfactory - luggage's, ordering food and transportation advices. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is not far from the metro station, where you can take the yellow line directly to the airport. In KAFD you can change to the blue and go to the Olaya district or National museum. Pease, be aware of that there is not cleaning...
