“Comuniqué al hotel que no podía llegar por el cierre del ferry que tenía que utilizar para llegar al hotel. Me envían una factura con 0 dolares. En cambio me cobran la reserva completa. Entiendo la política de cancelación pero porque recibo una factura de 0 dolares?”

“Would have been helpful to know that the town closes down at 8pm every day. Not much to do after 6pm. List of places to eat helpful but not when the list includes Mon/Tue closed restaurants when we are staying there Mon/Tue. Staff is pleasant. Limited food at restaurant on site. Probably won't return to stay again. Boring!”
