The location was fantastic. The bedroom was lovely with the garden outlook. The bathroom needed repairs. Tile and grout were worn and chipped. Staff were cheerful, helpful and were attentive to our feedback.

Seemless check in and check out process. Very clean room. Great location. Only negative was about the aircon - didn't seem to work and/or room couldn't warm up. Maybe it was the user :)

The beds were amazingly comfy as were the pillows. HUGE tv, plenty of options to stream if you have those services to log in to. Right on the main street, but set back enough on the property that it was really quite. Everything you could want is within a 1 minute walk. But If you're looking to sleep in though the light streaming through the curtains will challenge that as they are not block out and there is glass above the door with no curtains at all.

The bed and bedding was comfortable and very clean, but the floor was in need of a vacuum, and the shower was terrible, took forever to be able to sort the right temperature via the water saving shower head! Overall, not bad and very convenient to our event that weekend.

All staff were friendly , easy parking and check in. Would like to have been up there a bit longer to use some facilities and sample more of Hahndorf. I’ll be back.

Staff quite friendly. Room clean. Bed only a double. Plenty room for a qs bed. Accessible room and shower flooded a bit. Poor lighting in kitchenette but double brick walls was great for soundproofing. Hot water very hot

The good: Location, friendly staff, clean towels and bedding, working A/C, parking, nice gardens, a pool. The bad: Intermittent hot water, the leaking fridge / smell from wet carpet, flies/bugs/ants. This place has great bones but it's dated and is in dire need of a complete reno. At $287 a night (1A, 2C) I expect hot water and a clean, odour free room.

We had arranged late check-in and received a code for the key safe at our door. The code was 5 digits but the key safe only required 4. We rang the after hours number and received a new 4-digit code that didn't work. A second code also didn't work. Thankfully after 4 phone calls and 45 minutes we finally got a working code and entry into our room. The Wifi password didn't work, making it difficult to book accommodation at further destinations. When we went to make a cup of tea, discovered housekeeping had forgotten to leave any milk in the fridge. The bedhead on the queen bed had large greasy marks where peoples heads had been resting on the bedhead. There were ants in the queen bed and a slug emerged from the wall in the second bedroom. And to make it perfect, there was no hot water in the morning for showers. We were grateful to find a room in a popular destination, but were disappointed considering the cost.

I found the room we were allocated to be very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and very welcoming. Parking spaces were available close to our room which was great. Overall we thourghly enjoyed our stay

Perfect location and room for our family at a fantastic price point. Big comfy beds and TV. Separate room for kids. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular helped us get back into our room having been locked out after hours. Walls, carpets need a refresh and shower head needs replacing as it comes out in 2 or 3 thin high pressure jets. But as mentioned, not too much to complain about given the location and price.

The room was clean and warm (it was freezing outside) simple to access the door alot easier using a code. Parking was a bit difficult at night lighting wasn't great. Locating the hotel took a few goes up and down the street to find it. Would stay again.

We pretty much dropped my bags and went to the engagement party. Really wished i had gone in the bathroom prior. Was not cleaned. Prior person facewasher is still in the shower. Wet foot prints in the bathroom. I had called the reception after we left because they were around when we checked out. They really didn't seem suprised. And gave a fake ass apology only good thing the bed was comfortable.
