The apartment was neat tidy and functional Plenty of equipment and utensils to cook with if you wish to Coffee and tea including kettle and pods made it convenient or short walk to supermarket

Absolutely disgusting! The property was not cleaned prior to arrival. The rug was stained, there was blood on the bathroom sink and hairs in the bed. Our staff member could not stay and was forced to sleep in his car overnight. The host only offered to clean the place after he had already checked out on day 1 of a fully paid 3-week stay. Despite this, no refund was offered — not even partial. This has now been escalated to the ACCC. Do not stay here.

Cockroaches throughout the living room. No linen or towel for our child - we asked for some and it was delivered at 10pm after we had to follow up when it wasn’t delivered. Ceiling fan in bathroom filthy. Floor under bed hadn’t been cleaned in years. Coffee machine missing water tank - so useless. Lack of hooks and hanging space in the bathroom.
