The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.

Overall, decent facility for it's age. A few things that could be done to improve: 1. Elevator programming is strangely inefficient. Elevators would pass the floor you were waiting on. Wait times for elevators a too long. 2. The fitness center opening a 0800 is . . . a strange decision. The buffet doesn't open until 0730 so working out at 0600 would be great . . . if the gym was open. 3. Breakfast buffet should open no later than 0700.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.

Great stay

Hotel had amazing sea views and was in a great location on the seafront close to bars and restaurants. There was a great selection at all meal times (we were half board but swapped dinner for lunch one day). Always lots of sun loungers available. Lots going on and the entertainment staff looked like they wanted to be there. The only negatives were the waits for the lifts and the dreadful pillows. We asked for extra pillows 3 times before we got them.

What can I say, had a fab time at this hotel, staff are so pleasant and helpful, rooms and hotel areas very clean, amenities are great, kids clubs, activities for all, 4 pools that suit all ages from toddlers to the over 80s club. Food and drinks were excellent for all inclusive option. Evening entertainment was as expected, not brilliant but not that bad either. Would highly recommend this hotel to all ages without hesitation

We returned for 5th time after trying other 4 and 5 star hotels in Tenerife . Our 6 year old and 8 year old just loved the heated pool with slides. Food is really lovely and high quality. Fresh juces in the morning and really enjoyable good quality restaurant style dinner. Restaurant staff are just amazing people. Children loved specially the pancake man - food artist making pancake art. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss. The entertainment team could be freed from show perfomance responsibility (they perform their own evening entertainment show 1 time in a week) as it interferes their motivation working for example in kids club etc. and the quality of the show could be more professional. But anyway… a strong recommendation for a lovely holiday.

3 day weekend winter sun break .

The reception desk was very helpful & accommodating as we were meeting friends for a lunchtime get together with friends . We were able to check in early . The hotel was clean , the pool area was spacious & the staff were great . Lots of choice for the all inclusive buffet meals . Good varied all inclusive drink options so in all it was a shame I was only there for 3 nights .

Staff were horrible, room was average but not for the cost of it! Breakfast was nice however finishes at 10:15, which is to early in my opinion as most other hotels finish breakfast at 11am - we had to order an extra night as was charged over 400euro!! And was accused of not making the payment! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid.
