Breakfast was really good - lots of choice. Pool's really nice - only downside is people reserving loungers & not being there for over 2 hours - Hard Rock need to look at this.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Plenty of sunloungers to go around (even tho people reserve beds from 6:30am) pools are lovely and clean. We just retuned and the pools were heated which was great. Wide range of food which was perfect for everyone. My only negative was music is played constantly from breakfast at 8am until 11pm. Not just in the hotel but around all the pools. No quiet zones to relax but this is hard rock so this was expected.

Superb stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, super friendly and welcoming service, great attention to detail and super helpful. The room was incredible with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had so much to do and both the breakfast and dinner had tons of options. Would definitely recommend staying here. Want to say a special thank you to Karina, Daniel and Ainhoa for the fantastic service during our stay.

Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times.
