During my stay in August it was a very pleasant place to stay. Other then construction going on nearby. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was great. My biggest concern was safety. But I felt safe walking in most places. And using hail rides was pretty safe and drivers get called if they wonder off the route.

The hotel is a side hussle to the main lounge bar on the 6th floor. There is a major building site next door which operates virtually 7 days per week until after 7 pm. The side road is effectively a dirt road & in the evening a local club and the rooftop bar guarantees you cannot sleep until after 2 am. Unfortunately I had booked and paid for 8 nights and although I left my reimbursement details I doubt I will get any money back. The safe would not work in the first room and there was no water for the shower. I complained and although the manager and staff were helpful things did not improve.Only one plug worked in my room. No one cleaned my room on the first day. The towels were very old and worn. I could not eat breakfast at the hotel as there was no buffer and ordering an omelette took forever. The manager kindly took me for breakfast on day two. That was the last breakfast I took. All the staff were lovely, friendly and apologetic but I would seriously not advise anyone else to stay here unless they are going to party at the sisha lounge on the 6th floor . There are several other hotels in Bolle to chose like Bonanaza. Please avoid this one!!!

I checked in for 3 days. The room was dirty and the shower water was cold, so I checked out after the first day. When I asked for a refund for the next two days they said I had to go through Expedia. I asked for a receipt to prove I checked out and they said it was in the system, but they could not give me a paper receipt. I contacted Expedia for my refund and the hotel has been unresponsive to Expedia for over a week. I do not recommend, you will have poor conditions and never get your money back.

Me arrependi.

My trip with Hotel Sherar

This hotel is based on four stars but is actually less than one star. A trek has been with them. From the shuttle from the airport and I waited for two hours without any response. finally decided to go by taxi and unfortunately no one knew the hotel because it was new which made me look bitter about it inside Addis. It also impoverishes the most basic elements of the hotel. The staff are very good especially reception staff and customer service manager Mrs. kudis , Hotel management is the worst management you can see . There was no water in the room during my stay, which made me leave for another hotel nearby Most of the activities described by the hotel website are not actually available, which made me angry at the site first and this is under the circle of fraud and deception I do not advise anyone to visit them. At the same time, I advise them to hire someone with experience in the field Don’t look @ picture’s in real everything’s different I just wanna ask ‘’ hotel .com’’ are you sure about you provide it for this hotel?!
