I recently stayed at the Ramada in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was highly professional, yet warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food was excellent, the spa treatments were smooth and relaxing, and the entire staff was attentive throughout my stay. The location near everything also makes it very convenient. We had a comfortable stay at Ramada. The service was good and the food in the restaurant Junoon was excellent. They provide airport pick up and drop off, which is convenient. The staff at this hotel were amazing very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. They deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet expectations. I ordered a crib for my infant, but what was provided looked like a pet cage and was not appropriate or safe for a baby. Due to this experience, I would rate the hotel 1 star, even though the staff were excellent.
