Great place to stay while in ethiopia, there was a small couple little quirks 1. Key card stopped working twice for elevator 2. Its not clear that you cannot go past the floor yiu are staying on. Theres a view from the 9th floor i couldnt get to. Other than these really small things this place is perfect. Right around the bend from the airport, great friendly staff

I booked the junior suite and it was excellent. There were some hiccups with the lack of milk being offered as standard but after a conversation with the management team this was rectified. I had a city view suite which gave me a view of the airport and the roads beneath, but if I return I'll be seeking the courtyard view, as its very pleasant and the hotel do a light show with the water fountains at night. In the main the staff were friendly and helpful, so will be visiting again

Very good size room although wear and tear on places, particularly the shower, which could be repaired. Had an issue with lights in the bathroom not switching off although this was dealt in a timely manner. Lots of staff standing around looking bored and not particularly friendly but that’s a minor issue. Bigger problem was the complete lack of signage and information on where to find restaurants, shops, pool, spa etc. as this is such a large hotel in multiple buildings, this would have been helpful

A great and very comfortable place to stay for a layover or a couple of days in Addis. The hotel and rooms present very high-end and are spotless and comfortable. The staff were a little aloof and not engaging ... but also not rude, just a neutral experience with the staff.
