This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

Das Hotel ist Zentral, hat gute Parkmöglichkeit.Jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr klein und hat stickige Luft. Die Sauberkeit war bestens,lieben Dank dafür an Kezban.

Temizligi guzeldi. Menusu de oldukca tatmin ediciydi. Yalnizca bize biraz sicak geldi. Klima nin soguk vermemesi( merkezi sistem dediler)

Otel gerçekten Adana kalite standartlarında üst seviye. Bunu giriş yapar yapmaz anlıyorsunuz. Biz çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık. Yalnızca gece oda aşiri sıcaktı ve klima odayı soğutmadi uyumakta biraz zorlandik. Onun disinda bir sorun olmadi

Otelin konumu iyi. Kapalı otoparkı yetersizdi ama bir şekilde arabayı otelin etrafına park edebildik. Temizlik ve hijyen bakımından başarılı buldum.
