The Aircon did not work properly. When we asked at reception they said it was neither hot nor cold but was set stable. It made the room too hot at night and we hardly had any sleep due to waking up because we were too hot. The hotel itself was fine.

We stayed for three nights in the Ibis Hotel. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is a bit outdated. For those who stay in Adana for just a few days, I think the hotel is ok. it's a three-star hotel, so you can't expect much.

What you pay what you get :)

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt sehr dunkel, und das Ambiente ist wenig einladend. Das Zimmer war klein und nicht modern eingerichtet. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir die Unfreundlichkeit am Empfang – hier würde ich mir deutlich mehr Gastfreundlichkeit wünschen. Auch die Tiefgarage ist veraltet und aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr zu empfehlen; ein Parkplatz im Freien ist die bessere Wahl. Insgesamt fehlt es dem Hotel an einer angenehmen, gastfreundlichen Atmosphäre und einem modernen Erscheinungsbild, das man heute erwarten darf.

Adana’nın sıcağında pis bir otel

Odalar rezalet aşırı derecede eski ve rutubetli. Oda temizliği yapan hanımlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve her sabah günaydın diyorlar. Otopark ile alakalı bir problem yaşamadım otopark yeterince vardı. Fakat odanın duşu çok kötüydü ve aynı zamanda eski klimanın sesinden uyuyamıyorsunuz çok gürültülü çalışıyor.
