This property was perfect

I hate to give bad reviews, but there are time when it becomes necessary. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was tired and warn out. I will not be visiting them again.

Exceeded our expectations! Great family stay

Was given the wrong reservation room. After I left all my belongings were removed. No manager on site. Took about 45 minutes to sort out the the problems they created

The room was AWFUL!! When we checked in we were in a rush so didn’t check out the room. Just noticed only 1 towel in bathroom and no soap. On the way out told the front desk. Came back to room around 10pm. Still no towels. Went to front desk. Could only give us 3 large towels & no wash cloths or small towels. Said to come back in the morning. When we went into the bathroom noticed the floor & bottom of toilet filthy dirty. Floor cracked. Around sink & inside tub cracked. Mirror was dirty. The Bed skirt was stained. Everything old & outdated. Too late to change hotel. Got different hotel for rest of our trip and canceled this hotel. Also noticed outside handicap ramp cracked & had a hole. Not handicap accessible. Front desk still had Plexiglass probably from Covid that was dulled & look like someone had put stickers on & took them off so still markings. When checking out asked receptionist for receipt. She gave me one for all 3 nights vs 1 night. Said would see credit. Told her want receipt showing that for my records. Took awhile finally got it. This place is nothing like pictures on website. DON’T STAY HERE!!
