En general el Hotel es espectacular, tiene muy buenas instalaciones, el personal es amable y servicial. Tiene detalles que lo hacen único, por ejemplo la chimenea en la habitación con una utilidad real, los muebles y adornos de pasillos y habitaciones son de muy buen gusto. Solo tengo 3 sugerencias para mejorar: 1. Deberían instalar calefacción solar a la alberca, es un gasto pero el costo-valor a la propiedad subiría; y tal vez cobrar por pasantías para uso de la alberca y restaurante. 2. El espejo del baño está instalado en horizontal, cambiarlo a vertical porque mi niña y mi esposa que son petite no alcanzaban a verse. 3. Cambiar la regaderas por una “ahorradora de agua”, para que no se desperdicie agua al bañarse.

Es un hotel con un excelente distribución, decoración de muy buen gusto, atención del personal extraordinaria, a la alberca le falta agua caliente por el clima de la zona, nos hubiera gustado que nos ofrecieran prendemos la fogata que se tiene para disfrutar aún más la noche e instalaciones nocturnas, la comida deliciosa, camas cómodas dónde realmente puedes descansar y el centro de Aculco, limpio, super bien cuidado y toda la gente de Aculco super amables y atentos. ¡Muy recomendable!
