I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon. Would never recommend trying to stay there. Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either

Excellent value for money. Great room which was very clean and comfortable, nice touch with tea and coffee. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces - they were very kind and let me park up and leave the car before check in time. Staff friendly, but tricky to get hold of at check in: I rang the bell several times but nobody came. I was let in by some returning guests, then found the manage3 who showed me to my room. That aside, I’d definitely return!
