I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon. Would never recommend trying to stay there. Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either

TV of the room was not functioning. The fan in bathroom is too noisy. There hasn’t got any space to hang your towel. It has a fan to use.
