We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch.
Lovely stay. Beautiful house with lovely balcony and outside seating areas. Immaculate condition. Beautiful en-suite. Comfortable bed. Lots of nice touches including a fridge in the room. Friendly helpful host and a fabulous breakfast. Would love to come back
We had the most wonderful stay at Coille Darach b&b! The host was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and very friendly, and had some lovely conversations with her. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious! The property is very nice and well maintained and the room had great amenities and was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here and again and recommend to others. Very pleased with our decision to stay in this beautiful area in the Highlands!
What can I say what a lovely B&B . Very clean, friendly and stunning place . I can highly recommend this lovely B&B . Owners very helpful and we had a superb breakfast to set us up for the day . Thank you so much .
What a wonderful B&B!!! My family and I stayed here for three night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s an ideal spot for exploring the Highlands. The B&B is in a quiet spot and near a nature trail. Mary is an extraordinary host. She’s very friendly and considerate. She also provides a hearty and delicious breakfast. The room was clean and our stay couldn’t have been better.
Mary was excellent! It was nice to have options for breakfast, and Mary made sure the breakfast was prepared hot and at the time we had indicated. The room was great, we stayed in Room 1 and there was lots of room, including a couch that could be a sofa bed. The bathtub was an added bonus, separate from the shower. The bed was comfortable.
The entire area was without power from a storm. The owners (husband and wife) made us hot water on their gas stove for tea and coffee. And since no restaurants in this town were operating for dinner (no power), the husband went to the market and bought us cans of soup for dinner. They then heated it up and served it with bread. They were not expected to provide dinner, so that was really nice.
Later that evening power was restored.
The rooms were good and so was the breakfast.
We highly recommend this B&B.
This B&B is truly excellent ..very clean new triple glazed warm and quiet ..... it is a new building and the rooms and bathrooms can not be faulted The owner does a good breakfast and is very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended a little gem of a place .... I know my job involved many thousands of night in Hotels etc over 40 years in hundreds of countries This good value too.
Exceptional. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished with love. Fresh milk and a fridge in the room a nice touch. Warm and welcoming hosts. By far the best place I have ever stayed.
Cute and peaceful, best breakfast and love we got to pick out options. Little challenging to get to as you likely have to take a ferry which I didn’t realize before so it’s something to consider it’s only 5 mins and runs frequently though. It is a wonderful little oasis and very clean and beautiful.
Great place. Lovely and clean, quiet and cosy.
Amazing location.
Denise was a great host, I had to leave very early next day so could not make breakfast. Denise very kindly made me a sandwich to take with me for the early morning trip.
Mary has done an excellent job as the room was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Our brief stay there was one of the highlights of our trip. Would recommend.
Very clean, new build. Solidly constructed house, solid shower. Nice owners and friendly dog! Right by a wonderful ancient woodland (oakwood).
Good breakfast!
