This was an extremely great place. The Wi-Fi was extremely amazing. The workers were extremely kind and welcoming, and had great customer service. However, I think the housekeepers and the janitors aren’t doing a great job keeping the hotel tidy there were holes in my bedsheets. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and nasty and had mold everywhere. The AC had water draining coming out of it if you’re looking for a place to make friends this this is the best hotel to do so as the workers are extremely kind and welcoming however, if you want a good night, rest, do not go to this hotel.

The property is well located for my purpose. When areived to check-in the room was not ready and they were working on the air-conditioning. I was worried about leaving my belongings in the room with strangers l cannot hold accountable. My room was opposite the reception and noise from people coming there and continually talking makes it hard for me to focus on what l was doing. It will help if the front door is better soundproofed so guests can have their privacy or relocate the reception from the current location. The person manning the gate will always wait for you to come out of the car to call him before he opens the gate. He should be paying attention to those arriving and promptly opening the gate. In addition a few basic things can be provided e.g. bottled water, coffee, and tea to help guests settle in. Sheets used should be checked to ensure they are clean and torn as l observed the bedsheets on my bed was torn on the side and whoever made was aware of it and tried their best to hide it. The chair at the writing desk was not in good order and l almost fell off it a few times. This should be changed immediately before someone gets hurt. Though l was supposed to get breakfast with my stay none was offered nor was l advised on how to request it. There are some old stuff that are not functioning and should removed e.g. the deodorant spray on the furniture under the TV and the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

The staff was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. The bathroom had a odd smell through the drain, the hot water was luke warm (that needs to get better), no face towel, cleaning was a extra cost, the breakfast included was not a variety and you had to go downstairs every morning to request It because there are no phones to call reception in the room. The menu needs to get better, having to request common condiments like milk or sugar and waiting over an hour for preparation is a bit much. The breakfast included needs improvement. Security was very helpful as well. Bathroom needs improvement as well no shower curtain so water is everywhere. The WiFi was intermittent at times which hurt my ability to work.

Nice quiet shady courtyard garden area to relax and chat. Pool was nice and refreshing. The unit I had was on 2nd floor (3rd US standards) with no elevators. I had a injury at the time so 3 flights up not the bedt for me at the time. The ac in the primary leaked and had to turn off to avoid slipping. AC units 3 total was very strong if you like cold. The tv worked but was not connected to cable and being 3 flights of stairs up wasnt trying to notify reception. Staff in reception very welcoming and nice. Maintenance had to do some repairs they were very nice and respectful also. Overall I would stay there again. Hopefuily they will keep up the maintenance on the property.

Hotel is clean except the bathroom walls have mildew on it, and they could use Tilex Mold & Mildew spray to get rid of rhat. Electrical sockets need a COMPLETE OVERHAUL. The restaurant the server's attitude was like she didnt wanna be bothered. She is dark skinned with low hair cut. She didnt have milk for coffee, nor sausage for omlette so omelet was pretty palin. The restaurant is HOT 🔥 No AC which is ridiculous to have guests sit and eat in the heat. Overall the room is lovely 😍, bed super soft and comfy likewise the pillows.
