We’ve stayed at this property several times and we love it. The people who work here are amazing! The food is great, staff are warm and friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained. The only reason we will choose a different hotel is because there is no pool and we love to take a daily swim on vacation. Otherwise, this is a wonderful gem of a hotel ❤️

I have become a regular visitor to Golden Crystal Experience hotel anytime am in Accra.The hotel has excellent facilities and clean rooms. It is also located not far away from the airport and in a very serene environment. The staff are very professional and friendly especially the reception staff. I would recommend the hotel to anybody who comes to Ghana, Accra to be precise for a vacation or business trip lodge.

Customer service was great! A few issues. Restaurant did not have certain items on the menu, not to mention no wine. Also we bought wine on outside and asked them to open and the young lady used a pair of scissours for cork removal. Rooms have do not diisturb, but they knock, then you receive call from front asking if you want your room cleaned. Overall nice place. Thank you

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. I stayed in the executive suite and it was so spacious and stylish. The staff are so helpful and really make the experience special. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the bar area is such a nice vibe. I really loved the location and would definitely book again next year. Definitely worth the price. Only issue is from time to time water will be unavailable. The staff were nice and helpful always available to assist and give recommendations. Food at the bar was good.
