Was deceived into thinking we were booking at a hotel not some bnb? Was shocked at no key card, just one key for 3 people. The patio doors don't lock!!! The far bdrm door appears to have been broken into as lock is mangled. There is no safe. Took an hour to get on wifi. The wobbly toilets run, wasting water and keeping us up. The far ensuite sink leaks so vanity drawer is full of water. Neither shower drains properly. the far one's door opens inward?Neither have the seals applied the right way so leak all over the floor. washrooms smell moulding and musty. tiny extractors extract nothing. Cockroaches in kitchen, bedroom and even in the fridge so we had to throw out all our food! Can't use microwave as no turntable plate! no manual for washing machine which doesn't dry well. So disappointing.

Great location and amenities!

I love staying at Embassy Gardens anytime I am in Accra. The amenities are excellent (multiple pools and cafe that serves great food). The studio apartment was clean and has everything you need! We initially had some issues with internet and a broken iron but replacement happened quickly and we had no other issues the rest of our stay.

Warning! The agent for this unit is a scammer. Unattentive, no morals and the unit is not serviced. The TV and internet WAS NOT working upon check in. When I reported this, the agent ignored my complaint and refused to fix either. After my complaint, the agent refused to communicate any longer or refund my money for 2 days. I had to check out and find another room in the middle of my stay. A huge inconvenience and loss. You have been warned.

There was a bad stinch (smell within the property). Hallways mot properly clean. Bathroom did not have anti slip rugs, not soap holders, TV did not work well always stuck on 1 channel.

1st night given an upgraded room which came along with a broken bed, not internet nor DSTV/Netflix. On the 2nd day = I received a call at 14:00-h, telling me that people were at the door and I had to change rooms now, at that time I was an hour away and going to have a late lunch. Arrived to the apartment around 18:00-h and they helped me move to the room type that I booked (obviously the day early they sold me a room that was not available). 3rd morning at say 01:30-h = electricity off as the pre paid had run out, power back at 08:30-h. Imagine how that night was 😱. The property is good, the management well, you make your own decision.
