Can be improved

Great workers working there, always available to make you stay comfortable. Location: The different names makes it difficult to find ( online it's Bot properties and the hotel is names Apex suites). When you enter BOT properties on Google map it direct you to a different location. It needs to be corrected on the map. Room:I was given a room with no DSTV access for the first night. Please ensure everything is fully operational before checking a guest into a room. Also spray the rooms to kill insect the rooms before checking people in and tell your guest to stop partying late in the night distributing other guests who want to sleep. Thank you.

This is a new property so giving directions to the address will be a problem. We had to direct taxi’s. Bolt & Uber’s will be your best option. As for the property, it’s on its way to luxury with a little more work. We stayed in the 2br 2ba apartment. Full kitchen but dishes are very little. 1 wine glass, I regular glass, 2 tea cups, 1 pot, 2 of everything else and we had to request a knife. We stayed for 1 week. We only seen housekeeping once and that was because the glass mirror in one of the bedrooms fell off the clothes chest. Furniture is very cheap. Washer machine but no dryer or anywhere to hang/dry your clothes. Beautiful view that’s hard to see due to the windows not being cleaned. Air conditioner worked great. Water pressure good. The top floor pool was very relaxing. The first experience with the jacuzzi was not good. It smelled like mildew. At some point it had to be cleaned because our next try was so much better and the water was clearer. Me and my husband ate dinner on the 9th floor and the view was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The night air and lights was my favorite part of this stay. Overall the building is very clean and the staff working the desk & door was very helpful. As for housekeeping, I guess you have to be in your apartment when they come to clean. As tourist, we were out everyday so we missed every attempt….Im guessing. We washed clothes everyday and hung our wet clothes on the dinning chairs and put them in that little room (closed in balcony)

I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property again.

I booked the Presidential Suite and on their website it says private pool, private hot tub, it wasn’t like that, they had a small pool and small hot tub for everyone, it wasn’t private, aside that, the rooms were ok

I rated property a 2 out of 5 due to uncleanliness (the floors and bedding were dirty!), lack of utinsels and towels, there was a strong lingering odor, the lighting was dim in the bathroom, and it was just an overall uncomfortable setting.
