I had a great stay at Loxwood House and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Rachel and Acpenny were very prompt and responsive to our needs, which really stood out and made the experience even better. It’s always reassuring to know that help is available quickly if needed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and we didn’t experience any connectivity issues. The air conditioning also kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay with excellent service!

The property s clean with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful even before our arrival. They were very communicative despite time difference. They arranged airport pick up, driver/car rental for the week, and excursion to Elmina and Cape Coast Castles. Our driver for most of the week, PK, was amazing. I was there for study and he arranged for tour guides who had expertise I needed for my study. He also had a wealth of information that was helpful and gave helpful suggestions. He was prompt, professional, and safe driver. He was a large part of making our time in Ghana a welcoming and wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Accra Luxury Loxwood Apartment. Our host Ajo(I hope I spelt this correctly, and I apologize if I hot it wrong), Benjamin were really helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the security was top-notch, and communication was alwaysswift. We hope to visit Ghana again and stay at one of the Accra Luxury Apartments again. This is the second time that I have stayed here. Both times I was checkd in by Adzo who did an excellent job. Very thorough and professional. The gym in the property is superb. This second time I stayed in a more spacious apartment than the first time. Thus, more costly but still good value for money. The property is well located near Accra Mall, the airport, and University of Ghana. It's a nice place to stay!

I had a very comfortable stay at Loxwood House in Accra. The property is very close to the airport — only 5 to 10 minutes away. As part of my Expedia VIP perks, I arranged a complimentary airport pickup 24 hours prior to my arrival. This involved providing a government-issued ID and confirming my arrival with the property. It was helpful not only for check-in purposes but also to ensure the pickup was ready when I landed at 8 p.m., making arrival stress-free. After that, I used Uber for the return trip, which was much cheaper than the hotel-arranged transport (less than 30 GHS). Check-in was extremely efficient. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me and completed the check-in smoothly, including setting up facial recognition access, which I used throughout my stay — very convenient and secure. I stayed in a studio apartment. It was clean, a bit on the small side, but had all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping came in every day, and linens were changed every other day, so it truly felt like a hotel rather than a typical serviced apartment. The staff was very responsive via WhatsApp and attended to any queries efficiently — the service really works. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and very efficient service made this a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Accra who wants a secure and comfortable place near the airport.
