I had a pleasant stay, the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly! Isaja, Isack, Ruth and Imannuel thank you for your kindness and making me feel at home. ✨🙌 The food was great, but the breakfast menu could do with some innovation. The pineapple juice was the highlight of my mornings and had wished to have it with my supper😢 The bathrooms next to the dining room could do with some proper cleaning. But overall I Loved my stay!💖

I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel. My room was clean, the staff was great and quite helpful once communication was clear, (side note) a thorough and repeated explanation of your request is required so there's no issues. I didn't use or see a gym at this hotel, it seems like there was a bit of renovation happening. The internet was in and out at times and my phone in my room worked the first couple of days after I arrived then like the internet it stopped working. I lost water during one of my showers and I informed the front desk and they informed me that it was a water pressure issue, but after that night things were back to normal.
The room is stayed in, they actually upgraded me free of charge, because I didn't like the shower in my previous room.

While the staff is nice, the first thing I was told was they did not have my reservation. It turns out they did, but the receptionist barely checked before telling me they didn't. The wifi never connected to the internet, thus I used more MTN data than I intended, causing me to spend more. The room was a nice size, but there was much dust under the sofa. Also, I've never felt a mattress this hard in my life. Tapping on it was like knocking on a door. The food was all right, although I asked was the grilled chicken spicy and was told no. It was, especially for my 3 y/o. I had to leave my room keys at reception whenever I left the hotel, which was odd. But at least there's a shuttle to the airport. Decent overall, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The first impressions was very good the staff were amazing. Our room had to be sprayed whilst we were ther which wasn’t very pleasant but apart from that everything was good. We slept well and felt very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel.

Before arriving I call and set up for a scheduled ride told them my time of pick and the driver show up 6am before I could even land and when I got here he was gone i didn’t get to the hotel till 12noon. As for the room the bathroom is not up too part the shower is very open when you take a shower there’s water everywhere also the toilet smell very bad from the sword the room has for who in a war the TV only has three channels my room came with breakfast and I was told I have to pay for drinks with my food. The worst part was the construction going on without even let us the guest know about it during the day time I couldn’t even rest or sleep because of the loud noise I they talk to someone about everything that was happening but nothing was done about it at all. The way this hotel looks on the Internet it’s not how it’s in person I regret staying here and I will never do it again. So if you’re trying to stay here it will be at your own risk. My experience for the first time wasn’t good at all
