Very basic city center hotel with secure parking. You will need to give them a set of car keys as they pack cars into the central courtyard.

The parking was secure and the valet did a great job maneuvering. The staff were accommodating. Definitely call ahead of bringing a pet with you to make sure there is a pet friendly room available

Room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows so so. Room was small and a bit run down. Safe parking. Very friendly staff. Restaurant was convenient, food so so. Good central location, good location for traveling. Nice that it was pet friendly, but the pet charge was high.

First of all, they don’t have security in the hotel or someone to keep an eye overnight, people drinking in the middle of the night in the hallways, strangers jump into my parents balcony at night to take the table and chairs so they can drink!!! There’s was a guy who every night come to our front door and talk on the phone around midnight till 2 AM, we called front desk but they didn’t do anything about it, pool was close, Expedia didn’t mention anything in their Website when I booked my rooms. Very disappointed I would never and I mean never stay in this hotel again.

En los baños , en particular en la habitacion sencilla el agua se filtra de la regadera al wc. Deben colocar jergas. El clima directo no se puede regular. Ruidos de una bomba que se encendia y apagaba o fue posoble descansar. Lampara de afuera inservible y la lampara del cuarto para dormir igual. Almohadas duras. La sabana no dan el protecto que tiene la cama es de textura plastica. La atencion recepcion buena.

Todo estuvo bien hasta la entrega de la habitación, me equivoqué al hacer la reservación para otra fecha a lo cual cuando llegue le comenté al joven que estaba en recepción y me dijo que no pasaba nada, el día de hoy una mujer nefasta me dijo que tenía que cancelar la reservación que tenía, la cual ya no me sale en la aplicación de expedía y le dije que lo iba a revisar en el camino porque ya tenía que irme y me dijo de todas formas ya la tenemos registrada, me sonó como amenaza
