Food was repetitive and very bland. We had to go across the street because kids no longer wanted the food. Our Ac in our room was out and they accommodated us to a different room which was good. Everything else was great spent most of the time at the beach and kids in pool.

Excellent view with equally excellent service. A few things can be improved: 1. The door to the balcony didn't close properly. 2. The air conditioning is either too cold or too hot at this time of the year (March). 3. Hand sanitizer would be nice, especially when the water at the tap tends to be iffy.

The staff was great, and the food and evening events were enjoyable. However, the drinks were terrible—I’m almost certain they were not serving real alcohol. The pools also closed far too early. All pools shut down at 8 p.m., and the adults-only pool should have stayed open until at least 11 p.m. The rooms are very outdated, with visible rust in the sinks and throughout the bathrooms. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but this property could be much better. It clearly needs significant reinvestment.
