All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.

El lugar es muy amplio, cuenta con áreas de alberca muy bonitas y limpias. El staff fue muy amigable y atento en todo momento. El cuarto bien cuidado, limpio y ordenado. Al llegar nos dieron una buena explicación de las cosas que incluía nuestro alll inclusive, con buen servicio en albercas para comida y bebida, cenas incluidas en una diversidad de restaurantes que varían por noche, acceso a área de albercas normal, área de alberca para adultos solamente, con meseros muy atentos. En los días que fui (finales de agosto) el hotel es mayormente familiar pero muy buena época ya que no está muy lleno y puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones sin tanta gente. En el paquete all inclusive también te permiten tomar autobús para ir a otro hotel y usar sus instalaciones con comida y bebida incluida en las albercas, así como acceso al club de playa. Volvería aquí en pareja en temporada baja, ya que es muy tranquilo y buena opción para relajarte si quieres venir a descansar. Muy recomendable si buscas descansar, estar en la alberca echado, comer y tomar todo el día.

Ya sabemos que pasa, quieren terminar con ese hermoso hotel, poco personal, con exceso de trabajo, obviamente sucia la alberca, sin toallas ni atención. Mal cada día, hace mes y medio fui y dije otra oportunidad debe ser un mal día, pero tristemente no. La constante es que terrible la administración. No vuelvo a ir definitivamente.

No se alojen en este lugar, te venden un todo incluido y al final no tienen la categoría ni los estándares para serlo Una decepción total, al llegar nos cobraron más dinero por darnos las habitaciones pero sin poder hacer uso de las instalaciones, esperamos hasta la 1 PM y nada, no te permitían comer nada, algunos restaurantes hasta cobraban los alimentos. Todo el tiempo te están vigilando, cuando ya logramos cenar, luego se no poder comer nada, te llevan unos tickets con la cuenta y todo el tiempo hasta para las toallas te piden el número de habitación. Los elevadores por lo regular siempre hay filas. Las instalaciones son viejas, la mayoría del personal es ineficiente. Cuando te bañas se sale el agua hacia el área del lavabo y de el escusado, hay que estar secando.

La habitacion es muy buena opcion, es amplia, tiene espacio distribuido bien y esta limpoa ademas de que elmpersonal de limpieza en habitacion es muy amable y deja todo super bien. La atencion en el hotel y su personal, esta 50/50 ya que muchos son amables y muy serviciales y muchos tambien parece que les cuesta hasta decirte buenos dias. Ademas en los restaurantes muchos te exigen que les dejes el tip a pesar de ser un hotel todo incluido y que muchas ocasiones no andas con dinero en el dia precisamente porque es todo incluido.

Es la quinta vez que me hospedo en este hotel y es claramente por qué me encanta !! Pero esta vez conocí su club de playa y deja mucho que desear :( la alberca estaba muy sucia , se nota que no le dan mantenimiento y los meseros no son nada serviciales , hasta que yo me acerqué a uno de ellos pude pedir algo para beber … no me quiero imaginar si hubiese estado en el área de playa… menos me iban a atender ..
