La habitación bien, el personal amable muy buena vista al mar alberca buena bonita limpia. Lo que no me gustó que dejan entrar con animales pero junto a mi cuarto dejaron a un perro encerrado y todo el tiempo ladraba, si los llevan es porque van a estar con ellos y la cama yo creo tenía pulgas porque amanecimos bien picoteados. El restaurante un poco elevados sus precios.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero no tiene absolutamente nada donde poner cosas más que un buro muy pequeño entre las camas, la cama del sillon de la habitación para 6 es más dura que el piso, está en emodelación el hotel, todo el día hay ruido de martillazos, taladros, etc mismo que no te dicen antes del Check In, te cobran el uso de camastros y sillas en la playa, además de que le falta mucha limpieza porque es Pet Friendly y hay popó de perro en la playa (aparte de que te cobran sucio), los precios son muuuy elevados para el tipo de hotel que es, te cobran como hotel de lujo cuando nada que ver, jamás volvería

Para el costo que pague el hotel estaba muy descuidado , cuando pasó el temblor la puerta de mi habitación se trabó y me quedé encerrada con mi hija , tuvieron que ir a dañar la chapa y no la arreglaron, me retiré del hotel un día antes porque no arreglaron la puerta y mis cosas ahí sin ninguna seguridad
