El servicio de agua caliente no tenían, solicité el apoyo y nada, cuentan con 2 personas. El baño no tiene puerta por lo que me fue muy incómodo para los que dormimos ahí, no tenía cortina la regadera y todo salpicado de agua, ni un tapete para los pies. Una de las camas rechinaba al sentarse o acostarse en ella. La ventanas en ves de cristales, tiene hule en todas, lo que dificulta la ventilación y genera un olor de humedad. Tienen hormigas. La limpieza fue constante, contaba con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, sábanas y toallas limpias y TV, esos fueron sus puntos favorables. Es necesario reformas para mejorar la estancia en el hotel. Gracias

Medianamente recomendado. Cuento a detalle.

Hubo problema desde el primer día porque no pudimos entrar al estacionamiento y tuve que dejar el coche en la calle porque una paquetería tenía lleno el lugar con paquetes y unidades de reparto, los siguientes días sí pudimos entrar pero también tardaban en mover las unidades para poder salir. La entrada al hotel es entre calles y están muy sucias y descuidadas, en la esquina antes de llegar a recepción hay un contenedor desbordado de basura y aunque pasan patrullas, no se siente seguro salir a caminar por la noche. También la habitación que nos dieron tiene poca privacidad en el baño (tiene puerta de cantina) y nos dieron una habitación doble, en lugar de una sencilla con cama king size, nos dieron una con dos matrimoniales, el aire acondicionado la verdad sí enfría bastante bien, pero las camas medianamente duras. La alberca estaba limpia y poco usada, y aunque te dicen que no lleves las toallas de habitación a la alberca, no había nadie que nos diera equipo para secarnos, por tanto nos fuimos en 2 ocasiones mojados hasta la habitación. En sí, fue una estancia tranquila y agradable, donde se puede dormir pacíficamente y

Descanso y tranquilidad.

La estancia estuvo bien con buena ubicación y las habitaciones aseadas y en general es un lugar para pasar buena noche y descansar del día en que nadaste, bebiste o bailaste.

You get what you pay for.

The property is old and has a bad smell. The rooms are small and old. There is no hot water in the shower. Nice property with cute pool and ample seating space.

Relación calidad-precio

En general la experiencia fue muy buena, el estacionamiento es propio y cerrado para el cual el staff te da el acceso. La ubicación es entre 10 y 20 min caminando de muchas áreas turísticas. La habitación es rustica pero muy limpio y todo funciona, fue una estancia acogedora.

En la habitación que nos tocó tenía muchas arañas como si no hubieran limpiado en días, también encontramos una cucaracha enorme por lo cual solicitamos que nos cambiaran de cuarto, el cual estaba un poco mejor pero el baño no tenía puerta y las sábanas estaban manchadas.

No es lo que parece.

No respetan la reservación, reservé una habitación deluxe con descuento por promoción de la app, y al llegar me mandaron a una habitación sencilla que porque pagué muy poco dinero. Estuve quejandome un rato en la recepción hasta que me dieron el control del aire acondicionado , pero me dejaron en la misma habitación sencilla sin tv y con cama matrimonial. El lugar es rústico pero le falta mantenimiento, llegué en la noche y estaba todo apagado, pensé que estaba cerrado, me quedé porque ya era muy tarde para buscar otro lugar, en fin, no es lo que parece.
