This resort hotel has excellent customer service and beautiful views, service and relaxing atmosphere. It has it's own private beach and loud noise is prohibited. Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor.
