It was a terrible experience!
The door lock to the room was faulty (I could lock it while in the room, but couldn't lock whenever I stepped out), the sheets on the bed were dirty (they had to change it before I slept on it though), one side of the wooden base under the mattress had broken, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, they had sugar and lotion that had expired since 2018 still in the room in Dec., 2025.
I think what made it worse was the fact that I had paid on Expedia, so they felt I had no choice.
It was a nightmare!
