I stayed at the Bently Hotel. What a wonderful place. The restaurant is beautiful, the rooms are classy with nice pool area. I had breakfast before checking out, what a spread; so delicious. Ms. Rita thank you for your beautiful smile and generosity.

The Stay in the Hotel was very homely and highly secured . All the staff of the Hotel were very friendly. I enjoyed the best as a guest . Vegetarian food was served to me . I enjoyed the company of all the staff . The room was serene with all facilities . In whole I believe my decision choosing the Hotel was wise.

Awful experience

I stayed for 8th to 10th Jan 2024 electricity went off around 11pm on the 9th and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. I remained awake all night using phone light to chase mosquitoes. I bathed using my phone light & moved out as early as 6:42am same time power was restored. I already started malaria medication and will never recommend this hotel

Overall, a comfortable stay with very friendly staff who were always willing to assist us during our stay however necessary. Security was good, and beds were comfortable. Clean accommodations. Could use some updating, but for something we needed to just lay our heads in until we went back out for more adventures, and for the price, well worth it. Suggestion: as with any international travel, I suggest printing out or screenshotting your reservation, because sometimes it's not communicated directly with the hotel

Das Hotel war einmal eine gute Adresse, leider wurde dir letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert um den Standard zu halten. Eine Renovierung mĂŒsste dringend stattfinden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. 3x das Zimmer gewechselt. Die BĂ€der sind nicht mehr vorzeigbar. Ich hatte ein Zimmer fĂŒr 2 Personen inkl FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht und man erklĂ€rte uns , dass nur eine Person Anspruch auf ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck hat. OK? Ich wĂŒrde nicht noch einmal ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen.

Don’t go back to what you left behind.

Had to change room 4 times due to faulty taps. WiFi malfunctioned throughout our stay. Had poor service in every interaction with hotel staff!

Good Hotel

The hotel is good with very courtesy staff. I could smell cigarette smoke in the room I was checked-in but the staff were polite in going about it. Outside this issue, I had a good experience and I would like to add that it is an expensive hotel, so I got very good deal booking with hotels.com.

I had stayed in this hotel in the past, but this time found out that standards have fallen, and services are so bad, but wifi was good, and also the room I stayed in had so much noise from the bar, the music was always so loud, was greatly disappointed.

Big Facility, Poor Maintenance

This is a huge investment but poorly maintained. Originally tastefully furnished and decorated but poor cleaning and maintenance, especially the toilets/bathrooms seem to be bringing down the hotel rating fast. The hotel has relatively good relationship staff members but I'm not sure same can be said of the maintenance team. Their Breakfast is rich and if well kept, it's a nice place to stay.

My stay at Bently Hotel met my expectations...great room, nice and clean environment, friendly staff ,serene atmosphere, good air-conditioning, fridge, and the location works well for me. Lakanat ei vÀlttÀmÀttÀ oltu vaihdettu edellisen vierailijan jÀljiltÀ. Aamupala ok (yritti mukaella lÀnsimaista aamupalaa). Ei tuotu lisÀÀ, jos jokin sortti oli jo loppunut. Henkilökunta oli ystÀvÀllistÀ ja yritti palvella. Lapsia huomioitiin. Olimme maksaneet Hotels.com kautta etukÀteen huoneet, niin sen kanssa oli ongelmia. Hotellin sivuilta mainostettiin lenttokenttÀkuljetusta ja hintaa, otimme lenttÀkenttÀkuljetuksen, mutta kuljettaja otti molemmista suunnista hinnan (ilmeisesti toisen hinnan omaan taskuunsa). Hotellissa oli uimaallas, mutta kun kaikki jÀtteet poltetaan viereisellÀ tontilla, niin altaan pinnalla oli nokihiutaleita eikÀ houkutellut uimaan. LentokentÀlle oli 12 km. LÀhellÀ oli markettialue.
