I had the worst experience at this hotel. I went there to check in, and the receptionist asked for my booking information, which I provided. He then asked that I be taken to my room. I was taken to a room I couldn't even stay for up to five minutes because everywhere stunk. I requested a change of room after I reviewed the photos of the executive room I paid for against the one I was given, only to find out I was not given the executive room because, according to them, the amount I paid through Expedia was too small and that I needed to pay them more money directly. I was given another room, but it was even worse. The light switches were all faulty, no AC remote, no TV remote. The next day, I requested another room; this last room was better. Overall, I had a poor experience. Horrible customer service, especially at the reception. However, they had a great security staff and were very helpful too.

Fridge was not working and was realy dirty, swiming pull did have half water inside and was not changed or cleaned for wery long time. They say ther is brecfest included what was not true, free wifi not existing, they did not change bed sheats for all my stay ther and power was off more then ther was on even whit generetor usage.
