Mr. Thomas and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I never write reviews, but they seriously go above and beyond at this hotel. Despite it being sold out and very busy for the F1 weekend, they remember everyone, what you eat, drink etc. Never were stressed or overwhelmed and genuinely like getting to know the guests, but it in an overbearing or sales way. The location was perfect for us, despite of the airport nearby, we had the view into the countryside. The well organized busses brought us to Yas shopping center for free. Breakfast was excellent, staff always attentive and radiant!

The location is excellent and the service in the hotel is superb. Your every need will be catered for. Beach requires a walk and buggy via the adjacent hotel. Or a shuttle if your prefer a more noisey beach beach experience . The breakfast although the choice is small in comparison the taste is excellent and additional requests are catered for. Enjoyable stay well worth the trip , with so much to do for the children.

Great time at Rotana!

Had a great time at this Hotel, highly recommended if you are traveling with family and kids. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. If I choose to come back, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Trasportation to the theme parks is always on time and complementary of the hotel stay.

Good Hotel

It was a good trip. We stayed at Rotana as we were attending an event at Etihad park and I think for an event on Yas Island, this is a great location to stay at. Very convenient and super friendly staff.

Nice hotel well presented with an enjoyable sports bar that served good quality and large portion sizes which is always a bonus. Only stayed for a short period but is very close to the airport and F1 race track. Very safe feel to the place and the staff were very respectful.

Lovely stay. Nice hotel and good location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast had a huge choice. Clean, tidy and friendly staff. The pool area always had sunbeds (I stayed in February). Comfortable room with everything I needed.

I recently stayed at Yas Island Rotana during my visit to photograph car race at Yas Marina Circuit, part. The hotel’s proximity to the circuit is its standout feature—it’s within walking distance, which made it incredibly convenient for my purposes. The hotel itself is in good condition, clean, and functional, though not overly fancy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. My room was spacious, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. That said, I was disappointed with the bathroom design. The lack of proper separation between the bathroom and the bedroom significantly impacted privacy. The window with blinds allowed light from the bathroom to flood the room, which was especially inconvenient when I needed to use the bathroom at night while my wife was sleeping. This design choice is impractical and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. Overall, I would recommend Yas Island Rotana for its location and practicality, particularly for events at Yas Marina Circuit. However, the bathroom setup is something to keep in mind for future stays.

My experience at Yes Island Rotano Hotel was a tale of two extremes. The suite on the first night was a haven of cleanliness and amenities, but the regular room on the second night painted a different picture. Alarming bedbug levels on the sheets left us perched uncomfortably on top, and the lack of amenities and a malfunctioning shower in the regular room were disappointing. The staff's attempt to upsell without thorough explanations and the manager's attempt to charge a premium for a Formula 1 weekend left a bitter taste. While breakfast was enjoyable, dinner was lackluster, and the price charged was exorbitant. The gym, though in a separate building, lacked upkeep, and the kids zone, while good, had limited gaming options, restricting any chance of multiplayer fun. The bakery items were a letdown, given their low quality compared to their hefty price tags. Even the smoothies, made from frozen fruit packages, demanded a premium that one would expect for fresh fruit. Yes Island Rotano Hotel seemed to embody inconsistency and questionable value throughout my stay.
