What a change from dull 5* corporate hotels. All the expected standards and more but the real difference is this hotel reflects its location. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, especially brunch. Manager of brunch deserves special mention for professionalism. Well done Shanghai-La.

Excellent stay. Fantastic, friendly staff who can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Perhaps missing a trick to offer you drinks whilst at subbed by the pool/beach We particularly enjoyed the variety of the restaurants, and even the food in the buffet changed daily and was excellent.

Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel. Our room had amazing views. The pool area is very nice. Breakfast was so good such a fantastic variety. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I liked the location of the property. If somebody wants to pack a lot of sightseeing in 1 day, another location would be better. Staff is very friendly and the food was just marvellous. I recommend the hotel for people who want to relax.

This hotel was by far the most cleanest, beautiful hotel I’ve stood at. They allow me to do an early check-in. The staff treated you like royalty. It was so clean they were fresh flowers everywhere. The buffet was the best buffet I’ve ever experience with the most pleasant chefs walking around. There is also a Michelin star restaurant on site which was a plus. The room I stood in at the perfect view. The amenities in the room were absolutely amazing. The room felt like it was my own personal villa. I have to also mention what it was very quiet.
