Convenient Yas Location with easy parking .. good breakfast at Mint restaurant, gym (shared with the Radisson) is well equipped and very clean and the Belgian Cafe restaurant is right downstairs for drinks etc. Also the staff are friendly

The staff is very nice and polite. They are very helpful. Food is very good. I just saw one cockroach near the coffee machine in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Other than that i did not find any issues. The food is fresh and hot all the time.

Hotel was lovely. Clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t so great. As someone who cannot eat dairy, the choice was extremely limited. None of the food had labels so it was difficult to know the ingredients. All the pastries had butter, no dairy free alternatives to spread on toast, eggs on offer were scrambled, pancakes had milk… my wife was left with dry toast and fruit or vegetables. We did find someone to get poached eggs but I had finished eating before they arrived for her.

This is a challenge when you book through 3rd party. I booked a room with 5 occupancy capacity with breakfast only to be told the breakfast only applied to the person that booked. I’ve been in too many hotels. Never once was I told I have to pay for breakfast separate for each occupant. Also, the “suite” is somewhat low standard. I requested for a microwave as I was with family, but they said no. Even bigger hotels will provide microwave in a suite, especially for a family with children. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and I could categorically say this was the worst. Not worth it.
