Wonderful stay at this hotel. Great breakfast with huge variety, good service and even free valet parking which was such a nice treat. The hotel has lots of other venues onsite so no need to travel too far for something different

We had 14 hrs stopover in Abu Dhabi before our flight back to Sydney. Quickly booked the hotel just for some rest and lunch then get ourselves ready for the flight. Arrive at the hotel around 11am, Bryan at the reception gave us room straights away. The room was great, bed was very comfy, big bathroom and very clean. Strongly recommended to everyone.

Overpriced, old. Staff the saving grace

Over priced and poorly maintained. Age shows in the property and the rooms. Water leak wasn't fixed after repeated requests (although the team did clean/apply temporary fix). The rooms look worn out and there's stains/dirt marks on all fabrics. Staff is good and understanding, however that won't save the hotel. Need the management to step up and overhaul the hotel.

Awful service and room smelled of cigarettes

I booked and already paid a single room with a king size bed. When I arrived, there was no such room available. They said I should take a twin bed room and move the next day. As I had very busy schedules for the next day I didn’t want to pack all my stuff the next d day to move. I insisted on what I had paid for. What I got was a room that smelled awfully of cigarettes and the carpet was full of burn marks from cigarettes. The 2 good aspects of this hotel were the good food at the restaurant and the gym.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The AC for the room we were given wasn’t working; we needed to head out right after check in to F1 but they said a technician was coming to fix it while we were out. We made it back to the hotel 8 hours later to find the room temperature hotter than before. Called the front desk to request a different room. They took long time to come over to give us another room, one smaller but with working AC and only one towel (we were two in a double room!). The closet doors were not sliding properly, which made it difficult to accommodate our belongings, plus there was only one hanger… The ceiling in the shower had mold, and the water pressure was poor. Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable

Conveniently located

The only negative thing was that I couldn’t turn off air conditioning in my room… was freezing. Exceptional house keeping & pool staff ! Nice breakfast; they did vary foods every day a little. Conveniently located between city & airport.
