The hotel was great - lovely beach and pool area. Even though the property is huge, our room was close to the family pool / beach / playground area which made everything very accessible. The restaurants are great. And even though the hotel tends to get a lot of visitors (who are not guests), they've done a nice job keeping certain areas only for guests.

Great hotel with all exclusive amenities. The staff are methodical down to the tiniest details. Ahmad the front desk manager also had unmatched customer service. My only complaint is the wifi could be better.

We are in awesome mode when we arrived at the hotel, so amazed about the size of the hotel, it’s so huge, you can’t barely walk to go to my brother room, must use a buggy

Couple holiday

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff. We enjoyed the EP lounge and would recommend upgrading to this level. The food and all of the staff in the EP lounge were fabulous. We had 6 very relaxing days but then had to put up with building works and loud noise for 4 days and evenings while they were preparing for a large wedding. We felt this spoilt a large part of our holiday.

An excellent stay at the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurants excellent, as was the breakfast. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Security was high and we felt very safe. The beach and sports facilities were wonderful. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Abu Dhabi in many years of visiting - should have stayed earlier - Perfect!
