The staff at the pool and in the some of the restaurants were very helpful some were quite snooty in particular front of house, which is unusual in a hotel. Breakfast buffet very varied and replenished quickly.

It is indeed a wonderful hotel. This is not our first day. The hotel is not the most beautiful from the outside however, the rooms are very clean, spacious, elegant, and was good toiletry and bedding. The breakfast included is excellent The gym is world class, it’s a proper gym where people I believe get external memberships The pool is nice with a bar and there’s also a beach that’s on the Canal so it’s not the best Service is very professional and attentive Overall, great hotel, maybe not as fancy as some others, but does the trick

They have two parts of this hotel ( old and new ) I had to be pushy and ask to be moved to the new part and after some discussion the front office staff agreed ! Sadly there were some renovation going on and I had to call security to stop the drilling as it kept going till 11.30 pm !

We only booked two nights but ended up staying closer to 10 nights due to the war starting. The hotel staff were amazing - all so kind and in good spirits even when alerts were going off. The breakfast buffet was great - lots of choice and fresh cooked egg and pancake/waffle stations. Our stay included the lunch and dinner buffets which always had variety. The hotel had lots of outdoor space - seating areas and also loungers (by the pool and beach area). Abu Dhabi mall is connected to the hotel via a walkway and there are 5-6 restaurants on site too. Sadly due to the situation we didn’t venture out of the hotel but I think it would be a good location to explore main Abu Dhabi city. Will definitely come back to this hotel again!
