My room was very clean, with the exception there was a stain they could not get out in the carpet but that was not a big issue. The soundproofing, as other users mentioned, needs improvement but the bed and amenities were great and I had a good sleep on my layover!

The hotel is very clean and the staff were excellent. My only issue is that the walls are very thin and you hear the neighbour's, especially if they are being loud. The air conditioning was also stuck on cold so when i arrived into the room it was 16DegC, despite the setpoint being 22DegC. I couldn't be bothered to go to reception to change rooms so i simply turned it off and the room gradually warmed up.

Hotel is in the airport so after long flight from Bali we got to sleep in a clean comfortable bed then shower and get ready for the long flight back to the U.S. The staff was wonderful, check in and check out was super easy! Best idea … every big airport should have a attached hotel!

Excellent transit hotel to take when laying over between flights. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice amenties. The smart TV was not connecting to the internet but was not necessary given the time we were there and the rest we needed. The staff are very helpful and always looking to find solutions for you. My flight to Manchester from Kuala Lumpur had a long layover and I chose to stay at the hotel. I made an error in my booking dates and was then worried about cancellation charges and availability for my family of 4 (incl. 2 daughters). The staff member at the desk saw my uphill task and aimed to sort everything out regarding re-booking a room for my layover and requesting a cancellation process for the error booking. To the lady working on that Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at lunchtime - many thanks for your support during that period of my onward journey. It was greatly appreciated!
