“Benedict (front desk) very friendly, helpful. Good parking. Restaurant not available because of group.”

“Our stay at “au pays de Jacquou” was absolutely wonderful. Somehow remote, but also close enough (7 km) to Thenon, the village where we attended a wedding. Staff (the owners themselves and their little daughter) was very helpful and very kind. It happened that they were invited to the wedding as well! So cool! Continental Breakfast was included in our stay. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The environment was very quiet. When I go back to Dordogne in...

“Charming lodgings in a charming town. This was probably my favorite stay in France. The furnishings and amenities are somewhat dated, but fully functional, clean, quiet, spacious, and charming. If you leave your window open you can fall asleep to the sound of the rushing water from the creek. We had a hard time communicating when we arrived (our French was very limited, as was the receptionist's English), but that's part of the fun. I would absolutely love to come back here and stay for a...

“Jolie chambre propre belle piscine et personnel agréable”

“Muy aparatado en medio de la naturaleza ”

“The property is fine. The bar was excellent, but we were told at the check in, that the breakfast was included and at the checkout, a very rude lady receptionist, told us the opposite. I don’t mind paying breakfast, but the attitude of the lady is not supposed to happen when you are in charge of a hotel.”
