Room was nice enough, toilet messed up the 2nd night and when we asked the night clerk he told us we’d have to wait until the following day and just use the restroom downstairs in the lobby in the meantime. We asked for a plunger to at least attempt to fix it ourselves and he said we’d have to wait for housekeeping to arrive the next morning. When it came to check out we had requested a late check out only to find out that the clerk when we checked in never put a late check out for us so we were hounded when it came To normal check out time. Property was nice and clean just think the night staff may need more training.
