The facility needs to close down. I had to get out in the middle of the night to move my family to a different hotel. Came back the next day to checkout and move the rest of belongings.

Extremely disappointing stay. The property did not honor the reservation. Did not provide a shuttle pickup from the airport. Neither I nor Expedia could get in touch with the property via email or phone. The property and room is in disrepair. Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay.

Un hĂŽtel qui pourri par la tĂȘte

Hotel appartenant Ă  l'Etat totalement laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon par son exploitant privĂ©. Faute d'entretien sur les centaines de chambres thĂ©oriques de l'hotel seules une dizaine sont encore opĂ©rationnelles, les autres sont souvent condamnĂ©es ouvertes aux 4 vents. Longues pĂ©riodes sans Ă©lectricitĂ©, eau, WIFI. Je ne pouvais mĂȘme plus rentrĂ© dans ma chambre. L’hĂŽtel ayant de grosse dettes vis Ă  vis de l'entreprise nationale d'Ă©lectricitĂ©, il tourne (quand il tourne) uniquement sur gĂ©nĂ©rateur diesel, pas terrible pour le bilan carbone, ni pour les finances de l’hĂŽtel. Du coup les employĂ©s ne sont pas payĂ©s et ne sont pas trĂšs engagĂ©s dans leurs mission (exemple: Cafard apparent dans le prĂ©sentoir des fruits du petit dĂ©jeuner que personne ne prend le temps de nettoyer...) . Le seul intĂ©rĂȘt restant Ă  cet hĂŽtel est sa piscine et son cadre proche de la nature. Sauf que personnes ne nettoie la nature environnante et que les dĂ©chets jonche la "plage" lagunaire. Cela fait mal au coeur de voir un site avec un tel potentiel pourrir sur patte....

Le contexte gĂ©nĂ©ral hors de la ville, en bordure de lagune est bien mais seulement pour regarder de loin, car lagune n'est pas balnĂ©aire. Pour le reste C'EST HORRIBLE. TrĂšs sale, aucune manutention depuis des annĂ©es facilement visible dĂšs la reception et cela se poursuit aux ascenseurs dont le seul qui fonctionne est dĂ©goĂ»tant. Le couloir qui mene aux chambre manque d'illumination digne d'un hotel 4 Ă©toiles, la moquette est trĂšs sale et pue, de grosses tĂąches sont visibles partout, sur les mures, les portes, le plafond qui prĂ©sente des tĂąches d'infiltration et moisissures. C'est incroyable qu"une icĂŽne del l'hĂŽtellerie Abidjan comme le golf hotel soit rĂ©duit Ă  niveau. J'avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre supĂ©rieure mais ils m'ont donnĂ© une standard trĂšs sale, avec des toiles d'araignĂ©e autour du lit et des abajours. J'avais le frigobar, trĂšs bruillant posĂ© directement mais pas fixĂ©, sur un vieux meuble au chevet du lit, et donc chaque foi que je l'ouvrais il risquait de tomber. Le wifi de lhotel ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres, j'ai me pleindre pour le obliger Ă  installer un post wifi dans la chambre. Si vous allez sur site internet vous verrez qu'il n'y Ă  pas d'images de la sale de bain, c'est fait exprĂšs car elle est indigne d'ĂȘtre nommĂ©e ou considĂ©rĂ©e comme telle. Une seule petite serviette blanche mais presque jaunie. Lavabo vieux sale et souillĂ©, absence de sĂšche cheveux. Le petit bacon est invivable car il est occupĂ© par le moteur de la climatisation, trĂšs bruillant.

Very busy property for locals. Unfortunately for visitors, the public areas get noisy. Menu for restaurant and room service is very limited. The hotel staff are helpful and try their best to assist. This hotel needs some renovating and modernizing. The floor I was staying on smelled of smoke.

The room was being cleaned however there were days when the trash would not be taken out. The toilet was not being cleaned; Even when asked it was not done. The hotel charged more than the price which was shown on expedia. This is extortion and was unfair to me. I would not book this hotel again!

There was a language barrier, the air conditioning did not work. Carpet was dirty, toilet did not have any seat, floor in the bathroom wet anytime use the shower or apparently when flushing the toilet. Smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. Reservations were not accurate. Staff were not friendly.

Golf Hotel was a reference back then. It’s unfortunate the hotel is degrading. Hope a new management takes over to give it back its glamorous touch. For the price it’s just okay.

Sense of adventure in an abandoned property. A poorly motivated staff. One told me they are on they 10th month without salary!!! I had to beg him to clean my refrigerator and remove accumulated dust in my bedroom so I could sleep. Restaurant with pancakes as the favorite menu !!!! No wonder why all the youth from the neighborhood come there to eat! I understand the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. It is a good idea to close the facility while this is going on . The potential is huge and it could well deserve a 5 Stars hotel after a COMPLETE RENOVATION

L'hÎtel est a rénover car plus dans l'air du temp

sĂ©jours dĂ©cevants,HĂŽtel vieux,de 40 ans pas du tout entretenu,dommage car le cadre(L'emplacement est un beau spot) agrĂ©able au bord de la lagune,une vue trĂšs sympa sur la ville d'Abidjan Ă  croire qu'il le laisse Ă  L'abandon.L'hĂŽtel mĂ©rite pas un 4 Ă©toiles, absence de services, personnels dĂ©motivĂ©s pas du tout professionnels, car problĂšmes sociales internes employĂ©s pas payes, et beaucoup d'arriĂ©rĂ© de salaires(ça ne devrait pas se sentir sur les clients...) mĂȘme pour le taxi le client est obligĂ© de sortir et chercher lui mĂȘme son taxi, Ă  moins, s'il a de la chance de trouver un taxi devant l'hĂŽtel qui vient de dĂ©poser le peu de clients qu'ils ont,(car trĂšs peu de clients). J'ai du changer 3 fois de chambres, car j'ai eu des fourmis dans la 2Ăšme chambre pour avoir une chambre acceptable(les chambres n'ont aucunes dĂ©corations sur les murs, sans oubliĂ© l'odeur du tapis moisi ). Je vous les dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ©, le jour de mon arrivĂ©e, les problĂšmes auxquels j'Ă©taient confrontĂ©s...mais vous avez ignorĂ© mes demandes. Le problĂšme c'est que j'avais dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©glĂ© par CB, sinon j'aurai changĂ© d'hĂŽtel. Je ne vous le cache pas que cette condition d'hĂ©bergement a gĂąchĂ© mon sĂ©jour, car je n'ai pas pu m'Ă©panouir comme je l'aurais souhaitĂ©, de plus la piscine n'Ă©tait pas opĂ©rationnelle, le jardin de l'hĂŽtel trĂšs sales pas du tout nettoyer depuis des annĂ©es La photo sur votre site est allĂ©chante, mais c'est pas la rĂ©alitĂ©. Je vous demande de faire un geste commercial pour les prĂ©judices subits. CDT .

Pagas un 4 estrellas y te encuentras con un 2.

La categorĂ­a de 4 estrellas no coincide con la categorĂ­a real del hotel como mucho le doy 2. La instalaciones son muy antiguas y se ve en las condiciones de las habitaciones y los baños. durante mi instancia no he podido coger una ducha caliente ya que me he quejado el primer dĂ­a y lo que han hecho es dejar el grifo abierto mucho tiempo perdiendo litros y litros de agua hasta que haya salido agua caliente, por supuesto a mi me dolĂ­a en el alma gastar tanta agua y como hace tanto calor pues.... pero cuando uno esta muy cansado de una jornada larga de trabajo lo que apetece es una ducha cliente. He tenido que pedir un alargo de enchufe porque el enchufe del baño no tiene suficiente potencia para el secador. El Wifi es de esos que tienes que ir entrando continuamente la contraseña para volver a conectar. y mas cosas que he ido viendo pero no me valĂ­a la pena gastar mi energĂ­a en reclamar. Lo Ășnico que salvo la estancia, es el personal que es Super amable, intentan solucionar como pueden las incidencias de las cuales ellos no tienen culpa y da pena verlo.

Un service Ă  revoir

Bel hĂŽtel lĂ©gĂšrement dĂ©suet, mais qui conserve un certain charme. Un beau jardin, un beau tennis mais malheureusement un service Ă  revoir: Pas de serviette Ă  la piscine, oĂč une quarantaine d'adolescents de l'extĂ©rieur jouaient soit dit en passant, ramenant celle-ci Ă  une pataugeoire municipale un jour de vacances, un check-in et un check-out brouillons, un wi-fi Ă  problĂšme, un ascenseur en panne et l'autre qui peine Ă  s'ouvrir, et enfin une navette aĂ©roport qu'on n'a pas pu utiliser, car le chauffeur n'Ă©tait pas arrivĂ© Ă  son travail. AprĂšs 15 minutes d'attente, nous nous sommes rabattu sur un taxi. Bref, je dĂ©conseille cet hĂŽtel pour dormir mais pas pour y passer un moment en journĂ©e toutefois.
