Nous avons été très déçu de notre accueil au sein de cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, la patronne nous a annoncé qu’elle n’avait pas de draps de disponible pour changer lors du nettoyage de notre chambre durant tout notre séjour et qu’elle avait aussi un problème de serviette. Nous sommes restés avec des draps sales ainsi que serviettes sales durant tout tout notre séjour. Lundi nous sommes allés en activité et quand nous sommes rentrés, notre chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, et nous avons demandé pourquoi à l’un de ses employés ; apparemment, l’ordre avait été donné par la gérante de ne pas nettoyer notre chambre. Hier dernier jour notre porte fut bloqué. J’ai été la voir pour lui demander qu’est-ce qu’il en elle m’a répondu d’un ton hyper agressif « il faut arrêter d’être exigeante ». Nous étions hyper frustré de sa réponse. Le petit déjeuner, n’en parlons pas elle nous a servi des petites pâtisseries congelées (froide)le service est à revoir dans cet établissement. nous avons dû donc arrêter de prendre le petit déjeuner dans son établissement. je vous déconseille d’y séjourner la gérante est une personne de très mauvaise foi.
