Comfortable and friendly service

People working in the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good. Need to improve the WiFi, and hot water for showering and safety for passport and valuables in room because some rooms don’t have working safes. All in all a pleasant and clean facility with a nice pool. The location is convenient for other options.

Service,breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. there were many small restaurants within walking distance. the neighborhood is mainly retail and commercial. the hotel picked us up at the airport with a call. The only drawback was the lack of English speaking staff.

This is the best hotel in the whole Abidjan metropolitan area. I know because I’ve stayed at almost all of them. Great location, amazing food in-house, ambiance for relaxing at night is top notch. Rooms are immaculate. Service is truly 5-star, a rare commodity these days.

Excellent sejour. Dès l’accueil à l’aéroport jusqu’au retour grâce à la navette mise à disposition gracieusement par l’hôtel. Tout est nickel avec la chambre haut standing et les services impeccables. Bravo à la direction et merci à tout le personnel. Je reviendrai sûrement chez vous lors de mes prochaines visites.

J’ai passé une semaine génial ! Hôtel pratiquement neuf très bien placé zone 4 près de deux centres commerciaux où l’on peut facilement trouver son bonheur. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et très complet. Une piscine magnifique qui nous offre un dépaysement total. Un personnel aux petits soins et avec le sourire. Le restaurant donne sur la piscine c’est très agréable . Il offre une grande variété de plats tous excellents à des prix raisonnables . Un grand merci au personnel qui m’a bichonné comme à la maison. Je reviendrai à la moindre occasion Gilles Couble

Ne Réserver pas dans cet Hôtel qui annule les Resa

Vous gérez très mal les clients qui ont réservé. Vous n’êtes pas du tout professionnel. 😡 J’ai réservé le Mardi 26/11 à 10h à l’Hotel Byblos. Vous avez tout confirmé. Je viens à 21h, et vous me dites qu’il n’y a plus de Chambres disponibles et que vous allez m’envoyer dans un autre hôtel pourri de la zone (où je n’ais pas réservé). Ce n’est qu’à 23h, que vous m’avez envoyé (après mon insistance) à l’Hotel Mövenpick au Plateau (30mn de l’Hotel Byblos). Je ne recommande pas du tout votre hôtel. 😡
