The property is well cared for and close to interesting small, local shops. Please consider some type warning about the different floor levels The wardrobe knob came off and I noticed that it could not be screwed back on. We had a most PLEASANT stay! Thank you!!

Great place to stay, stayed here quite a few times over the last year or so, has everything you need, always clean and tidy. Never had any issues staying there. Good local amenities all within walking distance.

What a lovely spot to spend a couple of nights. Unbeatable location on the main road close to the Co-op grocery store and coffee shop. We enjoyed a stroll on the river path and a beer after at a local pub. One thing we noted and would have liked to have known earlier is that the shower is awfully tiny. I’m 5’3” and average build and felt a little claustrophobic, but my broad-shouldered 6’3” husband was nearly unable to fit. We also had to purchase our own shower gel and shampoo as it wasn’t included, which we didn’t anticipate. (Also bring your own laundry soap if planning to use the washer, there wasn’t any on site.) Overall we loved staying here and it was a perfect central location to get to the distilleries and nearby castles.
