We loved this hotel, in the lovely quaint village of Llanfair, less than 10 min drive from Aberegele High St. Staff were fantastic, and we had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both delicious. The bed was super comfy. Loved the local walks highlighted in the book in the room. Only downside was that there was a bit of a smell in the room, and mould round side of bath. But it didnt put us off, would definately book again šŸ˜Š.

wonderful stay at the Black Lion Hotel

the hotel was perfect for our short stay visiting family. the staff were very helpful, the room set out very nice and clean with all little extras of tea coffee biscuits also toiletries and reading material the breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice. thank you

The Black Swan is in a perfect spot to relax and walk about. The village is interesting and picture perfect. Location is handy for touring North Wales and Cheshire. The room was very comfortable and the pub and staff were friendly. Food delicious. Highly recommended.
