“I told them I would be there at 3pm for check in. I was late by 30 minutes and my room was not ready. I parked and went for a walk around town. Normal check in is 4pm. I got a text at 515pm that was room was ready. I had to ask for help to get into the room many of times. The door had a trick to get in. The 1st night there we had no TV in our bedroom.
