Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of town, excellent choice of foods at breakfast, and despite being a large buffet this was clean and well stocked for the most part. The rate I paid was good value for the level of service, but I notice the price seems to fluctaute hugely from week to week.

Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom a bit cramped. Main issue was noise. The hotel has no air conditioning so if it's warm you need to open a window. This was fine on night one but on night two there was a wedding in the function suite. My room overlooked this and I was unable to sleep well due to music and guests shouting etc outside. Nice hotel but not great in warm weather when there's a function on.
