All good. Clean, comfortable and well managed. Shower was powerful and hot. The one breakfast I had was good. I didn’t have any food in the evenings as I had made other arrangements so I can’t comment. Staff were helpful and the parking was secure, free and directly across the road.

All of the staff were so lovely, really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, without being overbearing. I was initially a bit worried when I arrived as the bar was busy with loud music but it was turned off by about 11. The cost was very reasonable too but I would say the staff made it for me.

Mixed feelings about this traditional country hotel. Staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. Dinner was great, good quality, good menu. Breakfast that was included in the rate was generous, well cooked and reasonable quality for price. The rooms though!!!!!....very clean with spotless linen but are in need of some updating. Dingy, no pictures, no plug beside bed to charge phone, cold water tap on sink didn't work until suddenly came gushing out late morning, mirror light on the blink, couldn't get TV to work....but worst of all mattresses are terrible, soft and springey, terrible sleep. A few minor upgrades are all that are needed

Breakfast acceptable when the tables were cleaned. We had some sort of generator outside our window that was very noisy. Toilet difficult to flush. Shower was poor for pressure and volume of water. No shower mat, so extremely slippery. Electrics were strange. Certain things/ lights on one circuit, so had to turn everything on. Handle to room was coming off the door, so not secure. For the money, there are better places to stay. Had a second week booked but cancelled.
