I have used them a couple of times and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is good value for money. teas, coffee & biscuits, soup and fresh towels and water provided in the room.
Budget hotel, clean and a good location as I was working nearby.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff very friendly and helpful. Noisy till early hours and whole place needs refurbishing. Internet terrible in room. Room small but clean & functional. Quite a way from city centre but excellent bus service
It has seen better days. Shower only worked with a small red switch next to the bathroom which we had trouble finding, Water was either cold or scalding hot, Bed was too short for a 1.80 m Person + mattress old. Sheets were clean. Windows did not close.
Very friendly staff and good location. Very good quality/price. I would recommend it for a quick visit. They also have a Indian restaurant and a good pub.
Fabulous value for money. Room was super clean. Bed was absolutely brilliant . Although next to main road never heard any traffic.
For price was suprised to have all the little extras you would expect in an expensive hotel. Will definitely book here agaun in the future
Staff were good room was tidy that was good points the restraunt doesn't exist as far as could see the good bar staff seem to do all the work apart ftom the cleaning and there was a very annoying spot light outside the room window on all the time making hard to sleep
I was at the hotel mainly for the purpose of keeping my luggage while I traveled to Edinburgh and returned for my return trip out of the UK the following day.
It is more of a lodge than a hotel with few rooms. The room is highly functional with almost everything you need provided within the small space.
It is not a quiet place as the ground floor is divided between the restaurant and a noisy bar.
Tv in room did not work, shower was barely a dribble, no hairdryer in room, did ask about one but they said no, beds were terrible, broken springs, very thin, see through curtains which are no use in summer, too light to sleep. Nobody there when we checked out so had to leave key on a table. However, the room itself was clean, the fan was very welcome as room was so hot, the water was a nice touch, but would not recommend staying there
