Just got back from hotel spent too nights with my grandson,room was clean beds comfy and little fridge in room which was good.what they really need is fans in rooms in this heat which would really help.i had a room facing union square very noisy as had to keep window open all the time because of heat.breakfast was fine everything you need to eat for breakfast but again very very hot in breakfast room.if I went back I would ask for a room away from street if any.but all in all enjoyed my stay

Hotel lobby and communal areas looked nice room ok large but sparse with couple bits of cheap furniture and squeaky floor beds. Bathroom disgraceful wall tiles dirty needed re grouting floor tiles broken mirror so damaged couldn't see through it tsp broken large dirty chips out of bath.

Interesting bulding. It has been updated quite a bit but still has old building features. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. It was perfect for just stepping off the train late in the day.

The room was comfy and clean. Our rooms were ready when we got there and they allowed us to check in early. It was difficult to find the car-park, but was secure when we did find it (right by the hotel, but a very small entry). Nice location. I would stay here again.

OK for an overnight stay. Not the biggest room, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast was fine but better to go earlier rather than later. Didn't realise the hotel had it's own car park, but the train station car park over the road was cheap enough.

Room was very good. Excellent choice of breakfast items. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Only drawback was in the bathroom. I am disabled and the walk-in shower needed a handrail and a shower mat for safety. I am sure we will be back sometime,it’s very convenient for bus or train travel.

Car park was full at the rear of building but they have another car park further up which we were not aware of. Staff were really friendly and bar was nice but a bit pricey.Breakfast was great and worth the extra to booking. Location is great for local shops and transport links.
