Staff friendly. Rooms exceptionally quiet despite being so close to airport. Short walk from airport to hotel. Make sure to cross through the car rental drop off area. Breakfast buffet was also very good! Will definitely stay there again!

Comfy hotel quiet and convenient with great staff

We were staying in the hotel so that we could travel from the nearby airport the next morning. It was very comfortable and the staff were amazing, so relaxed but efficient and very friendly. We have booked to stay again soon when we take our next flight and we are glad we did. Parking is £10 per night in a car park in front of the hotel 5 minute walk to the airport. Food was good even though the menu is quite small.

Had a twin room booked weeks in advanced. Arrived at 1am off a delayed flight to be given a small double. Reception was lovely but took over an hour to sort it out and make a twin room up ready for us. Shower in the morning didn’t work properly and was scalding hot. Had a vague uninterested sorry when informing reception in the morning that it was broken. Disappointed as such a beautiful hotel but the whole experience will put us off staying again.
